Initial Consultation
Using a secure HIPAA compliant, video conferencing platform, After reviewing your intake paperwork, we discuss your symptoms in a very comprehensive manner. This is not rushed, this is how care should be delivered - without pressures of fair reimbursement and with a very targeted and focused approach.

Treatment Plan and Follow-Up Sessions
Ongoing support that will help you stay accountable to yourself and your goals. This is also where we monitor your progress and make any necessary changes.

VIDEO APPOINTMENTS
During COVID-19 pandemic, we were quite isolated and quarantined. However, our needs mentally and physically did not stop. In some instances, they got worse. Our secure virtual visits allow the client to receive evaluation and treatment without the stress of traveling to a clinic or enduring long waiting room times. From your computer, simply click the video link provided via email or text and join the video call. No access to a computer? No worries! Need to use your phone instead? No problem! Our video links are super user friendly. You will be able to connect to your session with any portable device. ***Please note: Driving a vehicle during any of the sessions is considered unsafe, as this is distracted driving. If you are driving at the time of visit, you will be asked to reschedule and charged a no-show fee.
